Ghani Ghani is more than a song—it's a celebration of Rajasthan's timeless culture, brought to life through a collaboration of some of India's finest musical and creative talents.
The journey began with lyricist Olvin David, who penned & Composed the original Hindi lyrics, capturing the warmth, romance, and soul of Rajasthan. The composition was then sung by Asif Urra, whose melody beautifully blended folk authenticity with a contemporary musical appeal.
To take this musical experience beyond borders, Ghani Ghani was reimagined in Five Indian languages—Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil and Telugu. Each version was thoughtfully adapted by celebrated regional lyricists, ensuring that every language retained the emotion and essence of the original.
The project features lyrics by distinguished writers including Chaitanyaprasad (Telugu) & Rajesh Malarvannan, making it a truly pan-India musical collaboration.
The cinematic music video was filmed across the breathtaking dunes of Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. Over an intensive three-day shoot, the production featured majestic horses, camels, and the rich visual heritage of the desert, creating an authentic royal Rajasthani experience. The video stars acclaimed actor Rajveer Verma alongside Ruhi Singh, whose performances bring the story to life with elegance and emotion.
